Articling in the Family Violence and Family Law Program The articling student will have significant exposure to culturally diverse clients and will work directly with lawyers and clients to help prepare cases. The DV/FL program represents clients in Emergency Preparedness (CPO) and Department of Family Relations (DRB) cases (i.e. divorce, custody, and child support), as well as attorneys for clients who are witnesses in criminal investigations and cases in DC.
