The Legal Aid Society is a nonprofit organization that provides civil legal advice to families and individuals living in poverty in 15 counties in Kentucky. It is the only organization in Louisville and surrounding counties that offers these free civil law services. Clients turn to legal aid for civil law issues that threaten their health and safety and the stability of their families.
